NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

For the approval of a Cable Television Agreement between Spectrum Northeast, LLC and the Village of Owego

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of OWEGO will hold a Public Hearing on June 3, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. in the Village Hall located at 22 Elm Street, Owego, New York, New York regarding granting a cable television franchise agreement by and between the Village of Owego and Spectrum Northeast, LLC, an indirect subsidiary of Charter Communications.

A copy of the agreement is available for public inspection on the Village of Owego website or during normal business hours at the Village Clerk’s Office, 22 Elm Street, New York.  At such public hearing, all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard.  Written and oral statements will be taken at that time.  Time limitations may be imposed for each oral statement, if necessary.
