The public may use the this link to check the NYS Division of Criminal Justice website for sex offenders that may live in their neighborhood. There is useful information regarding sex offender laws and regulations. You may also use this link to register for NY-ALERT to allow you to sign up to receive free alerts – via e-mail, text message or fax – whenever a Level 2 or Level 3 sex offender listed on the DCJS website moves into or out of a community or location of interest to you and your family.
